Just ridiculously happy with my Secret Paws present So much so that I forgive you for that lemon 'n' lime colour scheme. |
Mum and I have once again taken part in this year’s secret
paws. About 2-3 weeks ago, we sent off a
parcel to the cats of Tonk’s Tail (full story on my blog), and now I’ve
received a parcel from http://www.nerissaslife.com/ “Nissy”
or her family had obviously been to a craft fair or taken the time to knit some
nippy mice and a dog, as well as make or buy some Christmassy nip sachets, then
taken the trouble to seal everything in polythene bags for maximum scented nippiness. And I was in cat heaven all evening burying
myself in the sachets and playing with the mice. Mum also received a present, a wooden pendant, which
she was pleased with.
A big thank you to Nissy for her present, and to Truffle and
Brulee for hosting the event. If you want to read more, on 18th December, there will also be a fuller story on my blog.
Yoo-hoo! YOO-HOO!!! Ol' Peepers made the nip stuff. I've got her doin' the elfin' work for Santa now so that he can bring us some for Christmas, too. And the necklace? Guess what! Peep bought that at the animal shelter bake sale. A friend of hers from choral society paw-crafts jewelry and always donates some to the sale. So your mum's prezzie helped other animals, too! purrs
